Real Estate Client Care Specialist/Executive Assistant wanted to join a Fun and Energetic Real Estate Team

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a top performing Team. You will be responsible for managing day to day operations, providing administrative support to the team, creating systems and so much more

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Print Pre-list report and prepare CMA packages.
- Attend listing appointments (Meet with Photographer, Appraiser, Maintenance Person, Staging and any other appointments), when needed
- Install, manage and remove lockboxes
- Help with Staging properties
- Update IXACT Contact (CRM) with client information
- Prepare property folder once CMA instruction received
- Assist and prepare all transactional paperwork such as CMAs, Listing Agreements, Working with a realtor, offers, amendments, waivers, etc.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, archives and electronic files
- Send follow-up client letters after presentations.
- Prepare monthly marketing materials such as Neighbourhood Newsletters, Neighbourhood Flyers, etc.
- Record and file team expenses accordingly
This list is a general outline of responsibilities however, there may be other tasks/responsibilities given that are meant to assist the team.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Real estate admin experience (mandatory)
- Experience with Brokerbay Portal
- Experience in online property portals (TREB, DocuSign, WEBForms, Realtorlink, GEO, MPAC, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Softwares (Adobe Acrobat DC, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with CANVA software
- Experience in self/project management
- Experience of using a CRM system: Agent Locator
- Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook - Facebook Ads, Google Analytics)
**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
- A reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Licensed Agent (Not mandatory)
All other training will be provided. Familiarity with Dropbox, Google Drive, and CRM systems are an asset.
