**Job Summary**
The W Group Real Estate team is looking for an unlicensed Client Care Specialist whose role will be:
**Administrative support** is crucial work that takes place behind the scenes and keeps our business running smoothly. It includes interfacing with others involved in real estate transactions (agents, lawyers, etc.), drafting listings and offers, CRM database management, developing process documents, and more.

**Client care** is about overseeing the client experience from before they buy or sell to after they move and beyond. It includes listing preparation and management, managing client touchpoints, planning client events, brainstorming database outreach ideas and executing these ideas, appointment scheduling, and more.

**Marketing support** is the development and management of various content to promote our business. It includes content development and copywriting (listings, newsletters, social media, etc.), organizing photo shoots, and more.

**The Details**:

- 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, includes a paid lunch break.
- Minimal weekends or evenings, if any at all.
- 15 days/year paid vacation plus the potential for additional PAID time off between December 24 to January 2nd
- 5 Wellness days
- Location: Roncesvalles neighbourhood
- Since our clients are located across Toronto and the GTA, there is potential for this employee to visit homes and real estate offices throughout the city when not in the office.
- 1-3 years of administration skills (real estate experience is an asset but not essential)
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
- Pays attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills/tasks
- Access to transportation for visiting clients is preferred if possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
