Property Administrator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tenant Liaison**: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication.
- **Lease Administration**: Assist with the preparation, review, and management of lease documents and signage.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee tenant finance operations including reconciliations, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges, and Accounts Receivable (AR) collections.
- **Budget and Expense Monitoring**: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and assist with property tax administration.
- **Property Maintenance**: Manage paperwork related to property maintenance, address tenant concerns, oversee annual contracts, and coordinate preventative maintenance efforts.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and other stakeholders.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle disputes and conflicts with diplomacy and effective problem-solving skills.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth property management operations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration, 2 years of accounting experience, and 2 years of property maintenance experience.
- **Skills**:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle tasks with diplomacy.
- **Additional Skills (preferred)**:
- Experience with budget monitoring and expense control.
- Knowledge of property tax administration.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices.
