**Position Overview**: The RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) Operations Head will lead the operational aspects of the immigration consultancy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing service delivery, and managing a team of immigration consultants. This role is critical for maintaining high-quality client services and streamlining operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Operational Leadership**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the RCIC team, ensuring efficient workflows and service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- **Compliance Management**:

- Ensure all operations adhere to the regulations set by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures, providing guidance to staff as needed.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of RCICs and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Oversee client interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns or escalations.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Assist in budgeting and financial management related to operational activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and service delivery.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding service offerings.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client cases, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Immigration Law, or a related field; RCIC designation is mandatory.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in immigration consultancy, with a strong background in operations management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
