**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze prospect immigration cases
- Determine the strategy and design immigration steps the clients need to undertake
- Determine required documentation the client needs to provide as per the set immigration strategy
- Communicate with clients to obtain required documentation or advice on required changes to the documentation previously submitted
- Provide consultation services to the client on the best plan or immigration strategy
- Submit ATIP reports and complete ATIP analysis
- Review and analyze documents received in support of clients’ education and training, work experience, and civil status
- Conduct research and study government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents are being used
- Compile all documents required for a successful submission and processing in a timely manner
- Drafting submission letters, working with precedents when appropriate or writing documents from scratch
- Supervise, delegate, review tasks of a processing team to meet our company’s standards
- Manage LMIA- WP department, coach and mentor team members
- Report to Senior Immigration Consultant
- Review and provide advice regarding client's documents
- Submit CSE on ongoing immigration cases
- Contact, update and inquire IRCC with respect to ongoing immigration cases
- Keep the client updated on any progress on the client’s case and respond to all requests from and/or on behalf of the client
- Research immigration programs and report research results to the Senior Immigration Consultant

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Licensed RCIC
- Strong knowledge in LMIA procedures
- Experienced in finding solutions and strategies related to various immigration pathways (LMIA/WPs, ICTs, LMIA-exempt WP, PNP, etc.)
- Experienced in handling and communicating with corporate clients
- Ability to meet a high level of client service
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze process and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, commitment to client’s success and the capacity to handle a busy workload
- Managed a team and has experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring and conflict resolution skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
