A Montreal-based investment firm is currently looking for a Personal Assistant/ Project Manager.

Founded in 2006, the OCRAM group is a privately held investment firm with multiple divisions in various fields including capital markets, financial markets education, real estate and venture capital.

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the CEO's agenda and meeting schedule
- Taking phone calls, arranging meetings and organizing files
- Running errands across the city
- Bill payments and managing task lists
- Planning events
- Managing various projects from beginning to end
- Interior Design
- Property Management
- Coordinating real estate renovations
- managing purchases and staff

Fluent in French and English and must have a valid Driver's license and their own car.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
