Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an **Regional Parts Wholesale Representative** to join our team at our Regional Head Office team. Based at Markham Honda, this role reports into the Regional Fixed Operation will serve the wholesale parts initiative for all of our locations in the GTA.

- Experience with OE price match software.
- Have experience working in an automotive parts and/or service experience (mandatory)

**Responsibilities**:
**Tasks Related to Sales and Customer Service**:

- Provide customers with information about accessory parts and current specials.
- Answer telephone calls, indicate prices and provide any other details - focus on sales.
- Connect with regular customers by telephone to solicit and grow sales.
- Regularly network to source and connect with new wholesale customers, to expand the business.

**Tasks Related to Wholesale**:

- Check OE price match soft software daily.
- Process any outstanding orders.
- Communicate on regular basis with selling dealership parts department to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the sales transaction.
- Oversee driver's delivery schedule for each dealership and assign any wholesale related tasks
- Receive payments from wholesale customers and oversee collections, outstanding accounts (follow up, collections) obtain credit authorization.

**Tasks Related to Parts Orders**:

- Take orders for parts by telephone for wholesale accounts.
- Ensure that all credit card vouchers are signed by the customers.
- Ensure that all uncollected items no longer in demand are returned to the supplying dealership.
- Organize and fill orders out of the stock.
- Organize orders for shipping or delivery purposes, or for daily pickup

Miscellaneous Tasks:

- Participate in the annual physical inventory count process
- Work with the Parts Managers at dealerships to maintain a program to follow-up on lost sales
- Understand and comply with all manufacturer warranty ordering and return policies
- Attend and contribute to regular planning and progress meetings with all Parts Department staff and Regional Staff.
- Attend training courses as scheduled by the Parts Manager
- Maintain professional appearance at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in automotive parts and/or automotive service
- experience with OE price match, Inventory control and dealer management systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) Dealer Management System
- Good communication skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Customer retail handling skills
- Mechanical/Technical aptitude
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
