**Manager, IT Infrastructure, Servers**

The Manager, IT Infrastructure, Servers will lead and direct a team of IT resources, organizing and prioritizing work. They will participate in meetings to discuss workloads and priorities, both within IT and with business stakeholders, and monitor and adjust work as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and standards set by management.
- Plan short-term priorities to achieve long-term goals.
- Assign and delegate tasks.
- Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project timelines.
- Provide updates to managers and business groups on project status.
- Foster effective communication channels and team cohesiveness.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the team.
- Address performance issues with oversight from managers.
- Approve team leaves, vacations, and holidays.
- Approve department invoicing and purchasing.
- Assist in the department budgeting process.
- Expand the IT Infrastructure in line with the company’s needs.
- Build a resilient and redundant infrastructure to minimize failures and downtime.
- Lead and manage a team of Infrastructure analysts and technicians.
- Conduct periodic infrastructure assessments and security audits.
- Plan and implement upgrades to maintain service levels.
- Administer and maintain remote monitoring solutions and Infrastructure Management Systems.
- Recruit, train, and supervise IT Infrastructure personnel.
- Manage technical vendors, contractors, and Infrastructure consultants.
- Develop projects and initiatives aligned with the Infrastructure Manager's vision and business requirements.
- Build strong relationships with IT and business leadership to determine project priorities.
- Mentor staff in diagnostic approaches, decision-making, and communications.
- Develop reports for management and staff to drive continuous improvements.
- Take leadership over production systems, including Active Directory, Azure, Exchange Online, and more.
- Lead design, implementation, documentation, and testing of IT Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Improve monitoring capabilities and integration with ITSM tools.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Environment for hardware and software changes.
- Maintain infrastructure systems within their support and maintenance life cycle.
- Implement Security Team policies to protect the organization.
- Coordinate maintenance windows to avoid change control conflicts.
- Stay updated on new technologies and participate in regular training.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Infrastructure Manager.

**Position Requirements**:

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent crisis management and communication skills.
- Experience leading local and remote employees and contractors.
- Current knowledge of Windows Server technologies.
- Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Linux, Unix, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Familiarity with major ITSM ticketing and change management tools.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Intune, Teams, and cloud storage is a plus.
- Working knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards.
- Experience with Human Capital Management systems, particularly UKG.
- Degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to coordinate work and set goals in alignment with company plans and vision.
- Ability to be hands-on and perform team work when necessary.
- Excellent management skills in a collaborative work environment.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to present ideas clearly.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Project Management experience is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology or MIS or 8+ years of relevant experience.

5+ years of experience leading IT teams, particularly in Systems Administration and IT infrastructure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
