Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

About Our IT Department:

In-Common Laboratories (ICL) through its IT Department supports order entry and results reporting through computer interfaces; auto-fax; direct-print; secure email and a results portal for hospitals, clinical research studies, and naturopathic doctors across Canada.

The ICL IT Department works with clients to design, build, and support the most cost-effective electronic interfaces between laboratory information systems, while adhering to strict privacy and security guidelines for the protection of patient's private health information.

The ICL IT Department is responsible for the on-going development of the tactical requirements to meet the present and future strategic needs of the company.

As such the ICL IT Department adheres to a best practice change management philosophy, continuous equipment and network upgrades and equally important, the constant improvement of its cybersecurity platforms through programs such as ISO 27001 certification.
