**About the Position**

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resource Administrator will assist the organization in meeting its operational objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Complete benefit package enrollment, modifications and terminations in accordance with company practices
- Investigate and resolve any benefits related concerns, errors and challenges
- Assist the Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager by screening resumes based on search criteria and conducting introductory phone interviews
- Attend in-person interviews as required
- Assist with workplace conduct investigations
- Develop and/or delver employee letters, including discipline, coaching, workplace accommodations, or other communications necessary
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resource administration
- Ability to communicate well in both written and oral formats
- Good analytical, problem-solving and judgement skills
- Working knowledge of employment laws
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS/ATS software
- Pursuit of CPHR designation is preferred
