We are currently looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented **Human Resources, Payroll and Office Administrator** to be the newest member of **Domino** and join our **Edmonton **team.

The Human Resources, Payroll and Office Administrator is responsible for the company’s human resource compliance, bi-weekly payroll administration across Canada, and general office administration in Edmonton. The office administrator will lend support to all offices across Canada, in this multi-faceted and dynamic role.

**Job Duties**
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Active involvement of recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll for employees.
- Prepare reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly reviews.
- Resolve payroll errors.
- Organize and schedule meetings, events and appointments.
- Maintain filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact to clients and team members.
- Liaise with executive and team leaders to handle
- Ensure building is maintained and deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner.
- Plan staff social and team building events.
- Other tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- GED or university degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of direct work experience in Human Resources, Payroll and/or Office Administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting procedures involving procurement, travel, and budget management.
- Knowledge of office supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items.
- Experience in managing third-party service providers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Mac Operating Systems
- Able to maintain filing systems, databases, and basic diary/minutes management.
- Knowledge of local and federal regulations and ordinances.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good financial and business awareness.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Strong customer service orientation.

**Working Conditions**
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
