Bosk Construction Inc. is a growing construction company specializing in commercial property development.

**Controller**

We are currently seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Controller to join our expanding team. The controller will work closely with the President and Accountant to provide financial oversight and expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full cycle accounting
- Implement and oversee month-end accounting processes
- Oversee bookkeeper and assist in hiring additional accounting & administrative staff
- Develop and analyze financial reports for individual projects and overall strategic goals
- Develop financial models for ongoing use
- Prepare year-end tax schedules and aid external accountants with preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Understanding of Corporate Taxes and GST ITCs on commercial and non-commercial activities

**Requirements**:

- CPA Designation with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in construction and/or real estate preferred
- Self-starting and the ability to excel in an undefined role
- Experience preparing detailed budgets and forecasts

- Accounting: 3 years (required)
