Agape Table has a tremendous opportunity for a caring, dedicated, and experienced fundraiser to join the Agape Table team as Donor Development Coordinator.

**About Agape Table**

Agape Table is the longest-running food program in Winnipeg. For over 43 years, this humble, grass-roots organization has provided food, caring and support to Winnipeg’s most vulnerable and marginalized. Agape Table embraces a non-judgmental, unbiased, and respectful attitude toward all who ask for assistance. Agape table distributes 600 to 800 meals each weekday morning.

**The Opportunity**

Agape Table is looking for an individual to engage and build strong relationships with donors through the creation, expansion, and management of fundraising programs. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Development Coordinator is a highly organized individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and manage an annual fundraising campaign
- Contribute to organizational fund development strategy and annual fundraising goals
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders
- Donor impact reporting
- Track activity in donor database and ensure appropriate stewardship is provided in a timely manner
- Manage and develop a portfolio of mid to major gift prospects through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Maintain awareness of, and employ, the latest and best practices related to charitable giving and related tax advantages.

**Experience Required**
- Well-developed written and verbal communications skills are a must.
- A working knowledge of donor fundraising software (Raisers Edge/Donor Perfect) is and asset
