**Inside Technical Sales Position with project management responsibilities**

**Bilingual (French - English an asset)**

We are actively seeking an individual who is interested in a full time career as a Technical Inside Sales Representative (inside sales position) with some project management responsibilities to join our team.

**Main Responsibilities** (inside technical sales with project management responsibilities)
- Manage projects
- Be attentive to customer request and provide a high level of customer service
- Solve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Take initiative to suggest alternatives or related products as required
- Prepare and submit quotes and project tenders in a timely manner
- Follow up on quotes and project tenders
- Use CRM to log and manage opportunities
- Participate in technical and customer service training

**Main Requirements / Qualifications**
- Electrical - Automation - Instrumentation education / experience (project management training an asset)
- Proficiency in Excel - Microsoft projects and other standard office productivity software tools
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills and team player
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to work independently
- Customer service driven
- Degree or diploma in a technical discipline
- Bilingual an asset

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
