**Role Summary**:
Difenda is looking to hire a Regional Sales Representative (RSR) role to join our West Canada sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading managed security services organization that is rapidly growing in North America. This acquisition sales representative will be motivated to obtain new customers within a specific region by scheduling calls and building a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. This individual will be responsible for the entire sales cycle by aligning our products and services to navigate the right customer outcome. This is a lucrative career opportunity for those willing to put forward the effort and help drive exceptional growth.

**Skillset & Responsibilities**:

- Willing to go over and beyond to win
- Prior selling of security products and services (managed security services is a plus)
- Hard work ethic, positive and coachable
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach
- Self-starter and drive for over achievement
- Eager to accelerate sales career based on metrics and attitude
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, Outreach.io, MS Dynamics or similar technologies is an asset
- 3-5 years of sales experience is preferred
- Proactively generate new leads/opportunities by connecting to new companies/contacts
- Extensive pipeline generation to drive net new business
- Work closely with internal/external technical and sales team members to ensure a high touch outcome
- Partner effectively with the sales team to drive territory coverage and maintain positive relationships
- Complete technology and sales trainings, and/or trade shows as required or requested

**Travel**:
Position requires 10% travel
