**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Enter invoices accurately into the accounting system and ensure timely processing.
- Generate sales invoices and handle accounts receivable functions.
- Utilize Excel skills, including Power Query, to automate invoice procedures and streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI for financial analysis and visualization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support during the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP software, specifically Microsoft Business Central.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in treasury and accounts functions.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support to management as required.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations and Company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the table**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 ears of experience in treasury, accounts receivable or accounts payable roles
- Thorough understanding of invoice procedures, billing cycles, and financial transactions

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
