The Role:
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'd deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, questions, and issue resolution. You'd work with different systems while having a team to support you. And, experience successfully meeting sales goals and targets. We also provide training to ensure that all of our employees are set up for success.

- Are a natural communicator who thrives at helping customers with questions
- Offer alternate solutions and work through different excel files to identify the customer's requirements
- Have at least one year of experience in customer service including success in reaching out to clients and ensuring their needs are being met.
- Have full-time availability
- Can assist clients with identifying the correct products
- Send out Client Invoices
- Can communicate with the warehouse and ensure that orders get shipped out
- Can inform Customers that orders have shipped out
- Tracking Inbound shipments.
- Coordinating with freight companies regarding pickups and dropoffs
- Multi-tasking
- Have great organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a small business environment
- Any and all ad-hoc tasks that may arise
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Higher
Spanish & English (Bilingual)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office/Excel/Microsoft Word
Customer service skills
Background working with CRM Systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
