**HOURS**:8:15 am - 4:30 pm

Our client within The Government of Alberta is seeking Administrators & Data Entry Clerks for multiple temporary contract positions.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reviewing license documents to determine reporting data
- Entering data into database and excel
- Verifying of data entered by external parties in database and the Digital Regulatory Assurance System
- Contacting external parties to validate data and make change requests
- Entering non-compliances found into Digital Regulatory Assurance System
- Assist with any other office duties as required.

**REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must provide your own computer and related equipment. The computer's operating system must be a modern version of Windows or MacOS that is compatible with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and related software for remote access. Windows is preferred due to better compatibility.
- 3+ years of previous administrative or data entry experience
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and validate data submissions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team/collaborative environment
- Experience in working with organization database software
- Ability to locate and correct data entry errors

**FIRST DAY / ONBOARDING**:

- Once hired the resource will be required to complete all mandatory training which includes but not limited to Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Security/Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Respect in the Workplace. There may also be other mandatory and/or optional training.

**PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS**:

- Criminal Background Check

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
