Lincoln Lane Inc., a local multi-faceted business, located in Norfolk County, has an immediate opening for a Full-Time **Executive Assistant**.

Duties shall include, but may not be limited to the following:

- Assist with overseeing various property holdings & property management
- Accounting duties using appropriate software
- Ensure payables are processed in an accurate & prompt manner
- HST (preparation of paperwork for regularly scheduled remittances)
- Minor payroll duties
- Make proactive inquires regarding any discrepancies regarding items such as utility invoices, to ensure all properties are as efficient & cost-effective as possible, at all times
- Insurance & other Government Remittances (including the processing of payments, etc.)
- Deal personally with Norfolk County Officials and/or Staff, regarding various matters, as directed
- Schedule meetings & other business activities, on behalf of Owner
- Interact with vendors & other 3rd parties, regarding various business matters
- Field calls and return messages, as directed
- Assist with various day-to-day administrative tasks, as required
- Any and all other administration duties as requested, to ensure optimal efficiencies across all business holdings

**Education & Experience**
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional business environment
- Minimum High-School Graduate (OSSGD)

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
