We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Construction Service Manager** to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.

**Position Overview**: The Construction Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction service department, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role involves managing service teams, coordinating with clients, handling project issues, and driving continuous improvement in our service delivery processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Oversee and manage construction service projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and support a team of construction professionals, including service technicians and subcontractors. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- **Client Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and enforce quality control measures on all service projects. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Ensure projects are completed within budget.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are an asset.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing service projects.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Ontario.
- **Personal Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
