We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our Company's Safety and Compliance Sector to promote high standards in Safety and Compliance in Trucking Industry in Canada.

DUTIES:

- Compliance Monitoring
- ELD and Log Books Audit
- Driver Qualification Files
- Drug and Alcohol Program
- Equipment files
- Date entry for Fleet maintenance records
- Driver Orientation
- Report and schedule follow-up with drivers on any violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, claims and other incidents as they occur
- Work with other departments to improve driver retention and handle driver complaints
- Perform other administrative and general tasks as they arise

Requirements REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Hours or Service and MTO and DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Keen attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills
- Trucking Software knowledge is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize work to meet deadlines
- Data base management skills a must
- Available to work on some weekends if required
- Experience with other trucking companies is a plus
- General understanding of North American regions

Pay: $49,843.68-$129,582.17 per year
