We’re actively seeking a **CUSTOMER SERVICE & FREIGHT COORDINATOR** to enrich our team and contribute to our dynamic atmosphere

As a Customer Service & Freight Coordinator, you’ll cultivate profound relationships with customers founded on principles of honesty, transparency, and respect. Your mastery of this role will position you as a reliable transportation consultant, fully engaged within our customers’ operation, and often relied upon for sound advice. Joining our Operations team, you’ll serve as the face of our company to our trucking clientele, entrusted with delivering an unparalleled experience. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in cementing Wildwood Transport’s reputation as the premier open deck carrier in North America.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Hunger, initiative and determination to enact change.
- Adaptable and flexible mindset.
- Ability to communicate in an articulate and thorough manner.
- Structured and dependable, adept at discussing technical specifics.
- Familiarity with construction and agricultural equipment considered an asset.
- Trucking experience, particularly weights and dimensions considered an asset.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Working with customers to understand their requirements and book all orders
- Maintaining consistent communication with customers and overseeing each shipment from initiation to completion.
- Collaborating closely with the planner to ensure punctual deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure customer experience is aligned with our promises and commitments.
- Proactively identifying and addressing any emerging concerns.
- Actively seeking feedback and implementing necessary actions.
