We are seeking an Office Clerk / Warehouse Shipping Support person to join our team

We’ve grown considerably, and our office duties and shipping volume continue to increase. Consequently, we need to expand our team. We are searching for a highly organized, energetic and reliable person to work directly with the management to help process our daily orders and administrative needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and sending Customer invoices and statements
- Data entry of customer orders and accounting functions.
- Packing boxes and preparing shipping labels
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Various other office tasks such as filing, faxing etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
