Coverall Attendant

This is a great summertime job opportunity in our Oak Bluff branch This position is seasonal beginning as soon as possible and continuing through to the Fall. Get a jumpstart on your summer earnings. The work week will be Monday to Friday with shifts ranging from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and the occasional Saturday may be required. Great attitude but can’t work these hours until June? We can work with you on a more flexible schedule.

**_ What will you be doing?_**
- Ensure that the right items are brought to the service departments at the right time to support their efficiency and ensure that the completed work is promptly removed and properly stored or readied for client pickup
- Unload materials and equipment - both customer owned and company owned - correctly tag, identify and stage items and properly record location according to procedure
- Maintain an organized and clean area and ensure all items can be immediately located through the relevant inventory system
- Enviro-crate inventory control and return shipment control.
- Prepare used, takeoff, rebuilt parts for resale.
- Label all used, take-off and rebuilt parts with proper part numbers and enter into parts system with cost & sell prices as per policy.
- Provide a list of parts that are to be added to inventory to the Parts Manager.
- Prepare JD pallet returns monthly, prepare core returns quarterly.
- Call for scrap battery pick-up when enough cores accumulate & submit paperwork to Parts Manager
- Inventory count warehouse/yard items as requested.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment following the guidelines of workplace health and safety and Enns Brothers

**Required Skills**:

- Forklift Operators license mandatory (provided through in-house training)
- Well developed organizational and planning skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills

Required Experience
- High school completion
- Forklift Operators License
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s License
