**About This Role**

Think On, Inc., is on the lookout for a thought leader passionate about working with partners to help them succeed reselling our solutions and services to their end customers.

The newly created Partner Marketing Manager role will set the stage for invigorating relationships with ThinkOn partners and their marketing teams to make ThinkOn their premium CSP of choice to partner with.

This innovative Thinker will bring a disciplined approach to exploring new ways to engage and elevate our partners’ natural competencies while seeking out co-branding GTM opportunities that will delight their end customers.

A strategic Thinker will leverage these opportunities, translate them into profitability for the partner, and ultimately increase business impact for ThinkOn’s bottom line.

The partner marketing manager will drive joint demand generation with some of our top partners while building internal support to generate deeper investment. The motivated Thinker in this role will enable the Sales and Partner Success organization with marketing initiatives for our partners to set them up for success when reselling our solutions and services.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

What we need from you:

- Plan and execute joint marketing programs and campaigns to scale ThinkOn marketing investments through data-driven, go-to-market strategies that include optimal targeting and opportunity qualification
- Alignment with sales and technical development resources to capture the value of investments and clarify future requirements
- Orchestrate ThinkOn campaigns/events and collaborate with the ThinkOn team to drive lead generation and align appropriate partner participation
- Drive impactful co-marketing/partner engagement through webinars, content creation, and joint-promotion activities
- Manage and oversee demand gen and co-marketing plans with partners
- Showcase partner success stories through press release and case study development
- Develop and execute marketing programs and content to support ThinkOn strategic growth initiatives
- Identify, develop, and execute new promotional opportunities with target partners
- Set key reporting metrics and ROI for partner programs and campaigns to ensure achievement of business outcomes
- Analyze campaign performance to determine success and report back to partners and key internal business stakeholders
- Participation in partner led activities and campaigns
- Embrace ThinkOn values and work within them every day

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of technology experience exceeding revenue targets through partner demand generation
- Innovative thinking with the ability to depict and create new GTM motions
- Must be fluent in partner/customer engagement trends with an ability to leverage market insights and use digital marketing to achieve positive campaign outcomes with clear ROI
- Experience in providing content and collateral support for consulting sales motions
- Top-of-the-line communication skills, both written and oral. Must have the ability to translate key partner insights into actionable plans
