**What you’ll be doing**:
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will manage enterprise-level contracted client and new clients. You will market, sell SPP products and services, and uncover new business opportunities within the assigned clients. Your customers are some of the most exciting and recognized brands in Canada and you are responsible for sales target, customer satisfaction and for the delivery of commitments made by the company. Much of your day is spent communicating with your customers to solve their challenges and interacting with SPP’s suppliers and internal resources to build the right solutions for our customers. While you are responsible for achieving, (Need a mention that states individual goals and not only team specially as it’s a S34 role) team sales and profit goals, but you are also designing and implementing strategic business plans and reviews for your customers, and always looking for ways to deepen your relationships and grow the sales within your Enterprise Accounts.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Be sales driven.
- You need to like people, outgoing, proactive, have a flair for shopping and/or merchandising, and you need to be tightly organized.
- No two days are ever the same in this role, so you need to be flexible, keen to learning, and have a problem-solving mentality.
- Our number one focus is our customer, and because we sell together as a team, you need to be a strong team player who likes to collaborate, is respectful of the opinions of others, and is not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
- You need to have a drive to succeed for your customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills with a flair for sales.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and execute work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to always demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude even during stressful or difficult situations.

**Qualifications**:
What’s needed
- Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- Bilingual in French and English
- Ability to travel to visit to customers within Canada.
- Associate will sit in the office minimum of 2 days per week.

- Your previous experience in the promotional merchandise industry
- Proficient use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
