Inside Sales Account Manager

This is a work from home opportunity
As part of the account team you will work closely with the outside account executive to help close more deals, manage the renewal cycle, prepare and conduct business reviews and work closely with implementation and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
You will manage the customer relationship through daily communications and follow ups. If you are passionate to help customers and want to make a difference this is a role for you. This is a remote position working in a team-oriented environment. Our culture is to invest in our employee’s goals and growth.
**Position Responsibilities & Essential functions**
- Uncover dealer needs and present appropriate products and solutions
- Follow up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
- Advance leads through the sales cycle
- Providing a high level of service and support is essential
- Create, prepare and deliver presentations, quotes, proposals, summary documents, etc.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through:
- Continual customer engagement and follow up
- Product and industry knowledge
**Qualifications**
Minimum:
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of CDK products and services (training provided)
**Education/Experience**
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ sales experience - inside or outside - preferably in technology sales
- Microsoft Office Skills
Preferred:
- Automotive Experience
- Strong desire and ability for advancement within the sales organization
**Salary: Hourly rate of $28.85 ($60,000 annually) + Commissions + Benefits**
