**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee performance management systems and provide guidance on employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment efforts and improve hiring efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to assess HR metrics and inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in human resources.
- Office management: overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and HR sourcing techniques.
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change within an organization successfully.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred;
- Experience in managing global teams is a plus.
- Language requirement:English and Mandarin (both must be fluent).
