**Job Description**:
JOB DESCRPITION

Warranty Services Representatives work in a call center environment responding to calls from consumers regarding roofing warranties

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL;
- Respond to all consumer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Process all documents within the company’s standard Service Levels
- Process claims within the company’s claims management system
- Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
- Prepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directed
- Develop a working knowledge of products and associated warranties

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Some experience in a high-volume, fast paced call center environment
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Dispute resolution skills
