**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative in Lévis,Québec reporting into the Retail Sales Manager. This position is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated, analytical, creative professional who is looking for an opportunity to further develop a dynamic sales career. The successful applicant will be responsible for the Lévis South-East Region Territory.
**A day in the life of a Retail Sales Representative**:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing retail stores to deliver sales and merchandising objectives for an assigned territory.
You will also:
- Execute all in store activities within the framework of Nestlé 8 Steps of a Call and the 4C Selling process.
- Bring strategic initiatives created by account teams to territory to achieve targets.
- Plan territory coverage in order to achieve targeted coverage KPI's and assigned sales volume targets.
- Develop relationships with retail decision makers to drive achievement of Nestlé objectives.
- Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Safety and local regulations
- Manage full financial processes within corporate guidelines.
- Actively participate in all cycle meetings and Customer Banner meetings
**What will make you successful?**
You will also:
- University degree ideally in Business Administration or a college diploma.
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
- Strong problem solving, business thinking and analytical skills.
