- Ensure all warranty claims are input on a timely basis
- Inspect every warranty repair order for proper completion and accuracy
- Follow up on all unpaid warranty claims and keep warranty schedules current
- Close out all warranty work orders daily
- Ensure proper warranty documentation is retained
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year dealership/warranty experience
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with Serti DMS an asset
- Any service skills an asset
- Must be reliable and organized
- Strong attention to detail
