You love to-do lists and value the autonomy to create and maintain an office environment that people love to come work in.

Some of the things the Office Administrator is responsible for on a day-to-day basis include:

- Managing and maintaining a clean and welcome office environment
- Collecting, organizing, and scanning company mail
- Receiving packages, and packing up and shipping out items as needed
- Stocking our kitchen, organizing our people’s coffee habits, and keeping this area organized (and clean)
- Being the first point of contact for any walk-ins (guests, couriers, and staff)
- Accounts Payable (managing an inbox, paying bills, and filing bills and receipts)

Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of clerical or administrative experience in a similar role is preferred.
- 75wpm or _faster_ (find your speed here: clearbridge.ca/typingtest).
- Experience with O365, G suite/Google Workspace.
- You have clear, effective written and verbal communication.
- You have superior attention to detail and strong organizing skills.
- You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- You have fast and accurate data entry skills.
- You have strong phone etiquette and excellent active listening skills.
- You embrace feedback and have a constant desire to learn and improve
- You embrace (and thrive) on new technology.
- You demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
