**Handyman And Designs,** a company constantly evolving and innovating in the realm of home improvement, is at an exciting phase of _expanding our team._ We are currently seeking a part-time _Customer Relations Liaison,_ offering 20 hours per week with the potential to transition into a full-time role as our business grows and our operational needs evolve.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all client inquiries, especially those regarding bookings or services, are conclusively addressed within 2 hours during standard working hours (9 AM to 5 PM).
- Manage and schedule handyman services with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Engage in follow-up communications to assess client satisfaction and the longevity of our services.
- Engage in field work one day per week to gain hands-on experience in DIY and construction, with opportunities for training and learning new skills alongside our experienced team.
- Organize events and develop systems for staying in touch with clients, including tracking special occasions like birthdays, pet names, and other personal details.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure our work continues to meet their needs.
- Manage inquiries and actively engage with the community on our social media platforms, ensuring timely responses to comments and queries.
- Craft and post appreciative responses to comments and reviews on our Google Business page.
- Organize bi-monthly team events, handling all logistics from planning to execution. These events are designed to build camaraderie and should be engaging and enjoyable for the team. Examples include activities like a mountain biking team-building excursion.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent proficiency in both English and French, both written and spoken, is “mandatory.”
- Experience in customer service, event planning, or related fields.
- A basic understanding of DIY, particularly in construction or related trades.
- Ability to work remotely and commitment to on-site work one day per week.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for building relationships.
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive approach to client communication and relationship management.
- Samples of past work, including details and photos of events you've organized, demonstrating your capability in this role.
