Vaughan, Canada Four Seasons Site Development Ltd Full time

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and promote excellent relationships with the owner, contract administrators, subcontractors, suppliers and public
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for construction projects by adhering to the Company OH&S management system
- Assists in planning, scheduling and executing construction activities including assisting in co-ordination of crews and equipment
- Read and interpret the construction contracts and assist Project Engineers, QC staff and Superintendents in the proper interpretation of the construction agreement
- Oversees Quality Control and adherence to contract requirements
- Log, review and process all shop drawings, change notices and prepare close-outs
- Maintains plans, specifications, cost and materials estimates, subcontracts and reports and ensures latest issues are distributed as required
- Coordinate procurement of construction materials ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of materials in accordance with the terms of the purchase order
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors with the assistance of the Project Manager and Superintendent in accordance with the terms of the subcontract
- Ensures project cost requirements are met and coding procedures are followed
- Provides technical assistance to Superintendents
- Creates reports on productivity, work completed and material yields
- Assists in tracking and forecasting job costs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Expedites progress payment certificates, final payment certificates and all extra-work orders Maintains job diaries, site photos and proper claims documentation

**Requirements**:

- A civil or technical college diploma/degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience
- Experience working in construction industry preferably with municipal clients
- Good communication skills both spoken and written
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel and MS Project skills
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Ability to work flexible hours as per project needs and across GTA on various sites

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
