**Duties**:

- Assist Foremen in the planning, scheduling, documentation and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Facilitate communication between team members and ensure effective collaboration
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment if necessary

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,052.13-$76,107.47 per year
