Now we need a fearless, expert **Sales Manager** to join the ranks, wield their metrics like a sword, and lead our sales warriors into the battle for revenue domination. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to rewrite the sales playbook and make some serious magic happen.

**What You’ll Do**

**Command the Troops**
- Build and inspire a team so motivated they could sell ice to penguins.
- Set audacious goals, crush them, and then crush some more.

**Coach with Swagger**
- Lead high-energy training sessions that are part masterclass, part pep rally.
- Provide hands-on coaching that takes close rates from “meh” to “OMG”
- Rally the remote crew like the ultimate hype machine.

**Conquer with Data**
- Turn spreadsheets into action plans and KPIs into victory dances.
- Spot trends and opportunities faster than an espresso caffeinated cheetah.
- Present insights so sharp, they might cut through the boardroom table.

**Be the MVP**
- Recruit, train, and keep the kind of talent your competitors dream about.
- Build a team culture so good they’ll think you’re running a TED Talk every day.

**Deliver Legendary Service**
- Make sure every customer feels like a VIP (or at least a Very Impressed Person).
- Collaborate across departments to ensure we’re all rowing the same boat toward greatness.

**What You Bring**

✔ **Experience**
- 5+ years in sales management—2+ years leading teams that set records and take names.
- A proven track record of turning “impossible” goals into “already done.”

✔ **Skills**
- Analytics that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous.
- HubSpot wizardry and the Excel skills of a spreadsheet savant.
- Communication so good, even the phone is impressed.
- Leadership that makes people want to follow you into battle—or at least into Q4.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
