Sale Manager

Sales Manager’s primary role is to promote our co-living properties and engage with potential residents. Sales Manager will be the face of Harrington in the local market, providing information, conducting tours, and facilitating the leasing process.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy**:_
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and targets.
- Present and sell company products or services to both new and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports on sales performance.
- Create and manage marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Promote products/services through digital marketing, FB marketplace, social media, and offline channels.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of promotional materials (brochures, presentations, online content).
- **Brand Management**:_
- Oversee and maintain the company's brand image and identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and addressing concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing detailed information and recommendations based on their needs.
- **Advertising and Promotion**:_
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
- Use research findings to adapt marketing strategies and messaging.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and more.
- Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and make improvements as needed.
- **Team Management**:_
- Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, direction, and support.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies and vendors when necessary.
- Provide services in line with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in meetings such as staff, operations, local and other relevant meetings.
- Provide regular feedback to management on sales progress, client needs, and market conditions.
- Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports.
- Offer suggestions to improve sales strategies and marketing efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
