**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in inside sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
