Worthland is hiring a **Client Relationship Manager** position for one of our clients, an infrastructure and liquidity provider that enables institutional and enterprise use cases for digital assets.

Location: Toronto, Downtown

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Client Relations Manager to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Ensure clients receive the full value of our offerings
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on client needs and trends
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growing revenue from existing accounts

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with high-level executives
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B sales or cryptocurrency-related company
- Knowledge of other languages especially Arabic will be an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
