What You Will Do

  • The Client Relationship Analyst will have exposure to the firms’ key decision makers and have a broad range of responsibilities playing a critical role in the full client life cycle:
  • Partnering with Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) on all aspects of their client relationship responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and execution of the Client Solutions team’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Collaborate on all aspects of client relationship responsibilities from the development of a client’s service plan to its execution
  • Collect, evaluate and analyze data related to clients and investment strategies
  • Work with the organization’s support teams to improve systems, processes, and communications

What You Bring

  • Market Knowledge: You have an undergraduate degree in economics or finance (or a related field) and a keen interest in capital markets with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Passion for Relationships: You naturally lean towards building relationships and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • French Language Fluency (mandatory): We deliver our full range of services in both French and English and the ability to seamlessly operate in both languages is a source of value to the organization
  • Collaborative Communication: You have a collaborative spirit that helps you to work well with others while at the same time taking initiative to build on the existing best practice of the team
  • Multi-tasking: This is key. The role offers the opportunity to develop social and analytical skills. It is dynamic and fluid and requires the ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of responsibilities while at the same time developing an understanding of our clients and investment teams and strategies.

  • L’analyste, Relations avec la clientèle, aura accès aux principaux décideurs de l’entreprise et aura un large éventail de responsabilités, jouant un rôle clé dans le cycle de vie complet du client :
  • Coopérer avec les gestionnaires de portefeuille des clients pour tout ce qui touche à leurs responsabilités en matière de relations avec les clients.
  • Participer à l’établissement et à la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques de l’équipe des Solutions clients.
  • Collaborer à tous les aspects des responsabilités liées aux relations avec la clientèle, du développement du plan de service pour le client à son exécution.
  • Recueillir, évaluer et analyser les données relatives aux clients et aux stratégies de placement.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de soutien de la société afin d’améliorer les systèmes, les processus et les communications.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Connaissance du marché: Vous détenez un diplôme de premier cycle en économie ou en finance (ou dans une discipline connexe), avez un vif intérêt pour les marchés financiers, et possédez de trois à cinq ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente.
  • Passion pour les relations: Vous avez une tendance naturelle à bâtir des relations et possédez de solides aptitudes à communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit.
  • Maîtrise du français : Nous offrons notre gamme complète de services en français et en anglais, et la capacité de passer d’une langue à l’autre représente une source de valeur pour l’entreprise.
  • Communication collaborative: Vous avez un esprit de collaboration qui vous aide à bien travailler avec les autres et vous tirez parti des meilleures pratiques existantes de l’équipe.
