We are seeking a motivated People and Culture Program Coordinator to join our People and Culture team.**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Manager, Organization Development, the People and Culture Program Coordinator will support with deployment of various Learning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Engagement and well-being initiatives to elevate employee experiences.- Key responsibilities of role include:
- Collaborate with the DEI Leader, Learning and Engagement Specialist and Wellness Specialist to support the delivery of learning, engagement, wellness and DEI programs.
- Manage and maintain People and Culture calendar of events.
- Organize, coordinate and execute various initiatives in alignment with plans.
- Develop and launch communications and promotional materials to effectively communicate program objectives and engage employees.
- Coordinate the delivery of program initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
- In conjunction with the Manager, Organization Development and the Wellness Specialist, plan and execute events such as, lunch and learn sessions, recognition activities, wellness activities and DEI initiatives.
- Assist in organizational development initiatives, including administering assessments and facilitating team effectiveness initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance event participation rates.
- Collect feedback from employees to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support Director of People and Culture with administration of some programs.

**Compensation**
- We offer an attractive remuneration and benefits package for this exempt position, including a compressed work schedule. The salary range is: $69,132.00 - $81,336.00.**Hours of Work**
