- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support the recruitment and hire process
- Provide administrative and operational support for the full life cycle recruiting process
- Create and report on various recruitment metrics
- Regularly report on overall activity to TA Manager
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred
- Bilingual in both English & French (required)
- Highly organized multi-tasker with an astute eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A passion for recruiting and people operations with the desire to grow within the field
- Prior applicant tracking system experience a plus
