Our team of health providers currently includes two chiropractors and one health assistant. We are looking to hire a part-time office administrator as we increase our hours in anticipation of additional chiropractors, RMTs and physiotherapists joining our team.

Your tasks will involve helping with back-end administrative duties including but not limited to payment processing, insurance submissions, tracking of key performance metrics of the clinic, preparing financial reports for month ends. The other component of your job responsibility will be front desk duties such as making phone calls, working on the computer, filing, and scheduling appointments.

**Working hours are from Monday to Friday. You must be available during all of these hours to be considered for this position.**
- **Monday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm *(currently work from home)**:

- **Tuesday: 1:30 pm to 6:15 pm**:

- **Wednesday: 9:00 am to 11:00 am / 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm *(in-person training and work from home)**:

- **Thursday: 12:00 pm to 6:15 pm**:

- **Friday: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm *(currently work from home)**

This will account for a total of 20-23 hours per week with a paid 30 minute lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will be weekly training, monthly meetings and quarterly team vision meetings/trainings that will also be mandatory. They will be scheduled at least 3 months in advance and will happen during your regular hours.

Work-from-home hours will be paid at $18/hour and in-person hours at $20/hour. There is a 3 month probationary period followed by a performance review and discussion of increase in pay based on merit.

Vacation pay will accrue bi-weekly on pay cycles but there is no paid sick leave or paid vacation days in this part-time position. If the position leads to full-time employment in the future, these will be offered as well.

Please specifically mention in your cover-letter if you have experience working with Microsoft excel, Canva Pro or any HR, accounting or electronic health record software. All training will be provided on the job.
