Front Desk Supervisor

**Job description**
*Must have a minimum of 12-24 months of experience working at a Front Desk Agent
*Must have flexibility with work schedules, (days, evening, overnight/holidays/weekends)
*Must be willing to extend hours without notice should the need arise
- Bilingualism (French & English) an asset
- Must possess a comfort level working with various computer programs and interfaces
*Must have an energetic and positive approach and attitude to work
*Ability to respond professionally and empathically to guest concerns/complaints *Must maintain a professional and effective working relationship with all departments to ensure all departments are informed of any potential problems/situations
*Assist in training front line staff on a continuous basis
*Possess a strong commitment to deliver exceptional Guest Service.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Various shifts incl: Morning, Evening, Overnights
- Holidays
- Avail Sun-Sat
Work Location: In person
**Salary**: From $21.84 per hour
