Chiropractic Assistant

**Job Summary**
We are HIRING The **Beacon Hill Chiropractic Clinic** is seeking for a dedicated, passionate, outgoing, enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. At the **Beacon Hill Chiropractic Clinic**, you'll join an exceptional team of 4 Chiropractors, 3 RMTs, and a Naturopath, along 5 other Chiropractic Assistants, where you'll have the opportunity to grow or wind down your career while helping serve our community live a healthy and fulfilling life.

We are looking for the right person to join our team who can help us provide a great experience to our patients, while performing duties at the front desk and aid the Chiropractors with patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist chiropractors with patient care and treatment procedures
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and utmost confidentiality with PHIPA compliance
- Prepare and process paperwork and patient files
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk operations
- Educate patients on chiropractic treatment plans and exercises
- Perform administrative tasks such as billing processing
- Keep clinic, front desk, and treatment rooms clean and organized
- Track inventory and order supplies

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Being Bilingual is a strong asset
- Proficient in patient care techniques and knowledge of medical terminology an asset
- Understanding of Chiropractic and natural health care and pain management principles an asset

**Computer and technology knowledge**:

- MS Office
- Google Docs
- Electronic health records and patient management tools experience an asset
