**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
- Coordinate trainer licensing and ensure compliance with provincial requirements
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Manage reception duties, office supplies, and inventory
- Assist with social media engagement and company event coordination
- Provide general administrative support to enable seamless operations
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- Efficiently Juggling Priorities: Manage multiple tasks effectively with attention to detail
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and ability to interact across departments
- Resourcefulness and Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing needs and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Office Software: Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate initiative and creativity in addressing challenges
