**About Joriki Pickering**:
The Joriki Pickering site is the largest of three Joriki Canadian Beverage manufacturing sites, the fourth location is in Pennsylvania. The site produces chilled beverages and services 4 major customers. The Pickering plant includes 5 chilled beverage production lines, on site chilled finished goods warehouse and off site 3rd party ambient warehouse. Joriki is currently in a growth and expansion mode, this site has near term plans to construct a new on-site automated chilled warehouse and integrate 3rd party warehouse with plans to add more production capacity. The growth and expansion offers an excellent environment for team members to grow and develop their careers with Joriki.

**Summary of the Role**:
Leading a team of 3-4 experienced Supply Chain professionals and reporting to the site Plant Manager, the Supply Planning Manager is accountable for production planning, material requirement planning, inventory management and control, customer service and long term capacity planning for the Pickering Plant.

As a key senior member of the site Leadership Team, the Supply Planning Manager will be responsible to have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time to meet internal and external customer requirements. To achieve this goal the role will be focused on production capacity planning, optimizing inventory, master data accuracy, S&OP processes, cost management, strategic planning, tactical planning, and working with all area of the business including suppliers, operations, finance, the executive leadership team, and the customer.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Lead an engaged team of supply planning associates to effectively manage production schedule, material planning and finished goods inventory at the site.
- Lead daily, weekly, monthly routines with customers to establish weekly production schedules and manage short and long term supply of finished goods in line with their forecasts.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams to establish optimized weekly production schedules and long term master schedules.
- Track production results against targets, manage daily production meetings and issue/update daily production schedules with clear targets.
- Ensure materials and resources are planned effectively to generate high levels of service at the lowest cost.
- Manage finished goods inventory to meet customer requirements.
- Manage 3rdparty raw material and packaging warehouse including JIT transfers to the plant and overall inventory levels.
- Manage timely material supply from vendors (including establishing MOQ’s) to meet production requirements.
- Develop and maintain production and warehouse capacity models to support customer forecasts.
- Monthly provide a regenerated annual production forecast while highlighting risks and opportunities for the site.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve overall company success, including developing production scheduling strategies and manage the master production schedule.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- University Degree or College diploma in Supply Chain or Operations;
- 7+ years in Production and Planning
- Outstanding knowledge of inventory management practices, MRP, S&OP processes.
- Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation and communication skills required
- Positive, solution-oriented team player with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP R3/ECC
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work through problems quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of beverage or food production processes
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
