**Position Summary**:
The Supply Chain and Customer Service Coordinator supporting program management, procurement and planning through effective use of administrative, organizational and operational skills.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supports Program Management, Procurement and Planning’s administrative tasks with a primary focus on order entry in support of customer service
- Accurately enter and process purchase orders into the system, ensuring all necessary information is recorded.
- Review and verify purchase order details, including pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Creation of purchase orders and changes given direction in support of procurement activities
- Generate work orders and create traveler packages, including all necessary documents required to support manufacturing operations
- Works independently to provide administrative support and performs document control and records management activities. Duties require accuracy, judgment, a high degree of initiative, and knowledge of protocol.
- Anticipates changing priorities and problems. Adheres to and supports the use of company policies and procedures and good industrial and office safety practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
- Support general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations within the department.
- Generate reports and metrics to provide visibility into production performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Liaisons with Procurement, Supply Chain and other manufacturing cells to ensure materials, components and supplies are available to meet scheduled production
- Expedite rush orders, revising schedules to offset delays caused by manufacturing problems

**Required Skills/Competencies**
- Excellent oral and written language skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem identification and solving skills. Able to be creative when trouble-shooting problems.
- Self-motivated, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong data entry skills are essential.
- Experience in expediting, purchasing, scheduling, or customer support role working within a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
- Experience with ERP business system
- Ability to work well with deadlines

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
