RideWrap is looking for an exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to work directly with our executive team. This role will be a key playing supporting executive project management, organization, and communication.

**EA Responsibilities**
- Work with the executive team in building scalable processes and supporting special projects, aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, organizing tasks and projects where necessary
- Coordinate calenards, meetings, and events between internal teams, executives, and clients
- Manage executive communication logistics, including meeting minutes
- Manage travel arrangements, on location meetings, and adapt to interruptions
- Support basic bookkeeping including A/R, invoicing, and reconciliations
- administration support duties to Directors
- Frequent collaboration and support with other departments

**Qualification(s)**
- BBA, BA, BCom or other eduction in business, communications, or project management
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills
- Previous EA or PA experience is an asset
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- A high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Dedicated and focused; able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
