Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product & Technology Integration Leader to drive the successful integration of acquired products, technologies, and engineering teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Executing a comprehensive acquisition integration playbook that encompasses product rationalization, roadmap development and product release for general availability.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration between acquired engineering and product management teams and the existing engineering and product management organizations, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Monitoring and tracking key integration metrics, product development milestones, and technology integration progress.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in releasing software products.
- Deep understanding of software product development lifecycles, software architecture and technology stacks.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization, with experience including product development, product management and customer support.
- Excellent people skills: the ability to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, third parties, including clients, and senior-level/executive management.
- Exceptional proactiveness, problem-solving skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently.
